Head Start

Racine | Kenosha Community Action Agency - Head Start Program

RKCAA Head Start Program is in the business of shaping and preparing today’s children to succeed in tomorrow’s world, and all participating children will enter school ready to learn and continue to be successful learners. We will accomplish this mission one child, one family at a time.

Community Strengths and Needs for Head Start Service

Head Start has a community assessment performed every two years. The information from this work is used to inform the program of unmet community needs, improve outreach and to thoughtfully improve the Head Start model of the children and families of Racine.

We are now accepting applications for the 2013-2014 school year, more information to follow.
