What to Bring to a WIC appointment:

Person (s) who have the WIC appointment
Proof of Identification for guardian and everyone being enrolled
Proof of current income
Proof of current address
Proof of pregnancy

When you make your appointment, WIC staff will review with you what to bring in for your appointment and give you examples of what is WIC-accepted in each of the above categories.
