The Kenosha Rental Assistance Program is a partnership effort between, Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. and the City of Kenosha, made possible through the Federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
The program will provide rent assistance to eligible households who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The City of Kenosha Rental Assistance Program will assist households on a first-come, first-served basis, until CARES funding is exhausted.
To be considered for the Kenosha Rental Assistance Program, specific eligibility requirements must be met. Applicants must meet all non-financial and financial eligibility criteria.
An applicant must:
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) established “Moderate-Income” limits for
Kenosha County. Family income eligibility is based on the following two (2) factors:
Application and confirmed by supporting documentation.
landlord/property management agent or company.
