Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc (RKCAA) will partner with the Wisconsin Department of Administration to administer the Wisconsin Rental Assistance Program (WRAP) in Racine and Kenosha counties as noted in Governor Evers' press release 5/20/2020.  At this time, residents of Racine and Kenosha counties may call Racine (262-637-8377) or Kenosha (262-657-0840) for additional information.
