The Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency participates in the following federally funded food program, Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), which is administered through the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services.  CSFP offers free, nutritious foods to income eligible seniors age 60 years and older. The monthly food package, worth about $35, is available at no cost to eligible individuals. The foods are intended to supplement their diets with nutritious foods. Participants must live in Racine/Kenosha counties, be 60 years or older, and be income eligible.

CSFP participants must reside in one of the states or on one of the Indian reservations that participate in CSFP. States establish income limits for the elderly that are at or below 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
