Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. (RKCAA) has successfully operated anti-poverty programming in Racine County since 1967 and in Kenosha County since 1978 under the guidance of a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from government, the private sector and the low-income community.
While the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (Racine and Kenosha Job Centers) remains closed to the public amid the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) public health crisis, there is staff available via phone to answer questions regarding the Job Center of Wisconsin's website, the process for filing for unemployment, and other resources still available to the public.
