Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. (RKCAA) has successfully operated anti-poverty programming in Racine County since 1967 and in Kenosha County since 1978 under the guidance of a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from government, the private sector and the low-income community.

* Please note that rental assistance applications and verifications will be accepted until 3:30 p.m. at both offices (Racine and Kenosha), and until 5:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at the Kenosha office.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Service Updates 

While the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (Racine and Kenosha Job Centers) remains closed to the public amid the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) public health crisis, there is staff available via phone to answer questions regarding the Job Center of Wisconsin's website, the process for filing for unemployment, and other resources still available to the public.  Should you need assistance, please contact the Racine Employment Resource Center at (262) 638-6426 or Kenosha Employment Central at (262) 697-4705.  You may access the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development's website at
