Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. (RKCAA) has successfully operated anti-poverty programming in Racine County since 1967 and in Kenosha County since 1978 under the guidance of a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from government, the private sector and the low-income community.

The Wisconsin Help for Homeowners program (WHH), funded by the Homeowners Assistance Fund established under the federal American Rescue Plan Act, will stop accepting NEW applications March 8, 2024 at 11:59 P.M.

The Wisconsin Emergency Rental Assistance Program (WERA) is now closed.
