Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. (RKCAA) has successfully operated anti-poverty programming in Racine County since 1967 and in Kenosha County since 1978 under the guidance of a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from government, the private sector and the low-income community.
Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc (RKCAA) will partner with Wisconsin Community Action Program Association to administer the Wisconsin Rental Assistance Program (WRAP) in Racine and Kenosha counties as noted in Governor Evers' press release 5/20/2020.
