Coronavirus (COVID-19) Service Updates 

While the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (Racine and Kenosha Job Centers) remains closed to the public amid the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) public health crisis, there is staff available via phone to answer questions regarding the Job Center of Wisconsin's website, the process for filing for unemployment, and other resources still available to the public.  Should you need assistance, please contact the Racine Employment Resource Center at (262) 638-6426 or Kenosha Employment Central at (262) 697-4705.  You may access the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development's website at    


Distribution of Senior Boxes will ONLY be held from 8am-3pm on the scheduled Friday pick-up date.

Please note that Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. WILL distribute senior boxes on Friday, October 16th, November 13th, and December 18th.

Holiday Food Basket Applications

Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. will accept applications for its Holiday Food Basket Program October 5, 2020 - December 7, 2020.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, applications should be submitted online or via phone intake at (262) 637-8377.  Phone applications will be accepted 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  Please contact the Racine office at the number above should you have questions.
