Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. (RKCAA) has successfully operated anti-poverty programming in Racine County since 1967 and in Kenosha County since 1978 under the guidance of a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from government, the private sector and the low-income community.
The Board of Directors of Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency, Inc. will hold an election to determine who will become its next Kenosha County Low-Income Representative. The election will be held at RKCAA's Kenosha office (2000 - 63rd St.) on the date indicated. Income-eligible Kenosha County residents only may vote for the candidate of choice 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Please see our Public Service Announcement for additional information regarding the event, and for pertinent information on how to become a nominee in this election. Candidates appearing on the ballot must reside in Kenosha County.
